You may request an exchange for any item purchased on sadekmajed.com within 15 days of the delivery date. To initiate an exchange, please contact contact@sadekmajed.com. Our Customer Relations team will assist you with the process and provide a return shipping label along with the necessary instructions.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Products that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange or return request to be processed.

If the replacement item is priced lower than the original item, the difference will be refunded and the new item will be processed as a separate order. If the replacement item is priced higher, the difference will be charged accordingly.

Our Customer Relationship team will inform you of any additional charges and obtain your confirmation before proceeding with the exchange.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please complete the Return Form and provide the order number found in your order confirmation email. Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
